Paper-free DVIRs
Saving drivers time and hassle

01. Add DVIR
Select “+” to quickly add a pre-trip or post-trip inspection report.
02. Defects
Choose defects from the list, sign the DVIR, and complete your inspection.
03. Correct Defects
Notify your mechanic if any defects require correction before proceeding.
04. Review Last DVIR
Tap on the DVIR to confirm all issues have been resolved.
05. DVIRs History
Review past DVIRs to avoid compliance errors and ensure accuracy.
06. Edit DVIR
Tap the “…” button to edit the DVIR and correct any errors.

ELD-Enabled Driving

Once the ELD is connected, your driving time is automatically recorded.

When your vehicle reaches 5 mph or more, your duty status automatically switches to Driving.

For safety reasons, your logs and other features are inaccessible while in Driving mode.

When your vehicle stops, you can change your duty status by tapping the status circle. If no selection is made within 5 minutes, the app will automatically switch your status to On Duty.

Hours

Available driving hours, break requirements, on-duty limits, and off-duty times are all calculated automatically.

Visual notifications and sound alerts help you avoid HOS violations and stay compliant

Duty Status

Set duty status in two clicks, with automatic updates when driving starts or stops. The simple interface reduces paperwork and prevents log errors, making ELD easy to use.

Current Status

Your current duty status is displayed in the status circle, along with available or reset hours, on the Status page.

Real-Time Hours

Tap the status circle, choose your current status, add a note if needed (e.g., pre-trip inspection), and press "Update."

Personal/Yard

Personal Use (Off-Duty) and Yard Move (On-Duty) statuses must be configured and approved by your fleet manager.
